Keira joined us at Global Environmental in June 2018 as a Contract Administrator, joining us from her previous customer service role at a nationwide travel company.
Keira’s excellent communication skills, developed over 8 years in various customer service roles, enables her to act as the focal point for all of the company’s internal and external communications.
Excitingly, Keira is currently preparing for the arrival of her first baby in October and will start maternity leave in mid September.
Tell us more about your role here
I am the first point of contact for site personnel, our field teams and client enquiries; helping to keep all of our projects and contracts running smoothly. I am also responsible for diary management, appointment-making, data management and processing valuations and applications.
What do you enjoy the most about the role?
I would say my favourite part of my role is talking to and helping our clients and surveyors, finding solutions to any issues that need resolving.
And away from the office?
I enjoy exercising and yoga in the mornings whenever I can. I am also really into travel, cooking and eating out with friends and family, trying out new local restaurants especially.
Favourite film/TV programme
Definately La La Land, can watch it again and again! I am loving Stranger Things at the moment too.
